Once in Phnom Penh you will head north towards the Japanese Bridge ('Chroy Changvar'). Once you have crossed the bridge, follow the road as it veers to the left for approximately 2 km, passing the Bayon Bakery and a Caltex Gas Station. After the gas station, you will see a restaurant called Stung Meas on your left. On your right side you will see a sign to the Kien Khleang Centre. CSC is the first building on the left after you pass a few food stalls and small shops. The office is located on the second floor.
