Once in Phnom Penh you will head north towards the Cambodia-Japan Friendship Bridge (Chroy Changvar). Once you have crossed the bridge, follow the road as it veers to the left for approximately 2 km. At the Tela gas station on the right side of the road, make a right turn into the Kien Khleang compound. CSC is the first building on the left after you pass a few food stalls and small shops.
