The Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) team at CSC welcomes the ENT Mission from Paris, France. Bienvenue a Phnom Penh to Dr. Jean-Baptiste, Dr. Charlotte, and Dr. Anne! After two of our surgeons visited them in Paris last September, they returned the favor with a week-long visit to Phnom Penh. So far this week, seven patients with disabling hearing impairment have had surgery under the mentoring of the Parisian team. Ellen, a registered nurse, and her husband Brian, an anesthesiologist, have been active volunteers at CSC since 2008. Ellen has undergraduate degrees in both Nursing and Spanish Literature, and a graduate degree in Health Management. Since 2020, Ellen has volunteered in the role of Stakeholder Relations, connecting with our generous supporters, interacting with visiting surgeons and students, and disseminating updates on Children's Surgical Centre.
