CSC Hosts Special Event

Yesterday, the Children’s Surgical Centre in Phnom Penh hosted a special charity event to mark an auspicious occasion of His Majesty Thai King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua attaining the same age as His Majesty King Buddha Yodfa Chulalok the Great (Rama I). This significant milestone provided a moment for reflection and celebration of both history and hope. It was an opportunity to come together to support the transformative work being done at Children's Surgical Centre, which provides life-changing surgical care to disabled Cambodian children and adults in need.  Attendees included the Thai Embassy Charge d’Affairs Officials and the President of the Thai Business Council in Cambodia. The celebration included donations of food and drinks for CSC staff and the approximately 1000 patients in the Kien Khleang National Rehabilitation Centre Compound. Participants celebrated His Majesty’s legacy and contributed to ongoing efforts to bring hope and healing to Cambodians in need.
