Restoring Sight, Strengthening Skills at CSC

April 5, 2026

Last month, Cambodians from all over the country came to CSC with the hope that they might see clearly again. Many had been living with cataracts for years. Some could not work. Others needed help to move around safely. Surgery was not something they could afford. A visiting surgeon, Dr. Andrew, worked alongside the local CSC team to treat dozens of patients who could not afford the care. The expertise of our CSC team is strengthened through ongoing training initiatives, including partnerships with visiting specialists like Andrew. This means more patients can receive the care they need, even after the visit ends.

With the right skills, equipment, and support, CSC continues to provide free or low-cost surgery to those who would otherwise go without it. Your support makes this possible.
