Welcome Dr. Raj!

August 11, 2026

Children's Surgical Centre welcomes Dr. Raj Pradhan from Britain for an orthopaedic fellowship. Raj will work at CSC for six months, sharing his knowledge while learning to manage interesting, unusual, and complex cases. His responsibilities will include: running the morning teaching program, patient rounds, supervising Cambodian residents and international medical students, and facilitating international surgical visits.

The CSC Fellowship was established in 2013 with the aim of offering surgeons a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in surgical pathology within a resource-limited setting while contributing to capacity building at CSC. Over the years, the fellowship has welcomed 15 fellows specializing in three different fields: orthopedics, ENT, and ophthalmology. This initiative has proven to be immensely beneficial for the CSC. Not only do fellows enhance their own knowledge and skills, but they also have the opportunity to teach and participate in numerous clinical research projects.
