Busy week at CSC

French surgical team brings skill & gratitude to CSC.  CSC welcomes the talented French surgical team from Toulouse (who have been visiting CSC twice a year for over 20 years) who bring their expertise and compassion to our patients. Their work went beyond performing life-changing surgeries; it also extended to appreciating the team that makes everything possible behind the scenes. In a heartwarming gesture, the surgeons presented flowers to Rina, CSC’s dedicated OR charge nurse, as a token of gratitude for her tireless efforts. Rina’s leadership and commitment are the backbone of CSC’s mission, ensuring that every procedure is seamless and every patient receives the best care possible. The French team's collaboration with the CSC staff not only resulted in successful surgeries but also strengthened the bonds of mutual respect and teamwork across cultures. Many of our Khmer staff are educated in France with this team. These moments remind us that healing goes hand in hand with kindness and appreciation.

At CSC, we are grateful for partners like these surgeons, whose dedication and humanity inspire us all. Together, we continue to transform lives—one surgery and one act of kindness at a time.
