Cambodia will celebrate International Women's Day is March 8. “Women: Together for Peace and Development in the Digital Age” is the theme to organize the event, to continue to highlight the value of women’s active participation in all areas of societal development. The event aims to highlight the invaluable contributions of women’s participation in actively participating in Cambodia’s accelerating development in all areas. Here at CSC, we honor our women who work in healthcare: Kanya G. our CFO, and all our female staff - physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and support staff. Thank you for your participation in contributing to Cambodian healthcare.

Ellen, a registered nurse, and her husband Brian, an anesthesiologist, have been active volunteers at CSC since 2008. Ellen has undergraduate degrees in both Nursing and Spanish Literature, and a graduate degree in Health Management. Since 2020, Ellen has volunteered in the role of Stakeholder Relations, connecting with our generous supporters, interacting with visiting surgeons and students, and disseminating updates on Children's Surgical Centre.
