Children’s Surgical Centre is deeply grateful to CharityVision for their generous donation of cataract surgery instruments and essential supplies. These resources are vital to our eye team, enabling them to provide high-quality, sight-restoring surgeries for patients who otherwise would not have access to care.

Every cataract surgery performed at CSC transforms a life—allowing patients to regain independence, return to work, and reconnect with loved ones. With CharityVision’s support, our surgeons can continue restoring sight to some of Cambodia’s most vulnerable people, bringing hope and opportunity to hundreds of families each year.

Ellen, a registered nurse, and her husband Brian, an anesthesiologist, have been active volunteers at CSC since 2008. Ellen has undergraduate degrees in both Nursing and Spanish Literature, and a graduate degree in Health Management. Since 2020, Ellen has volunteered in the role of Stakeholder Relations, connecting with our generous supporters, interacting with visiting surgeons and students, and disseminating updates on Children's Surgical Centre.
