Dr. Josephine and her team from Hong Kong visited CSC last week. During their visit, they completed 12 complex surgeries, ranging from resection of bone tumours to congenital polydactyly digit removal.

Thank you, Dr. Josephine, for your generous contribution to care for Cambodians who need surgery but cannot afford it, to strengthening our capacity for rehabilitative surgery and to supporting the training of our Khmer medical staff—helping to ensure that this vital work continues for generations to come.

Ellen, a registered nurse, and her husband Brian, an anesthesiologist, have been active volunteers at CSC since 2008. Ellen has undergraduate degrees in both Nursing and Spanish Literature, and a graduate degree in Health Management. Since 2020, Ellen has volunteered in the role of Stakeholder Relations, connecting with our generous supporters, interacting with visiting surgeons and students, and disseminating updates on Children's Surgical Centre.
